Menhir Perda Fitta, Serramanna

The round shaped Perda Fitta menhir was built from granite standing 1.45 m in height and with a circumference of around 3.20. According to some, it may represent the Mother Goddess, whose eyes and mouth may have been outlined at the top of the main side, and that it was symbolised by the presence of 10 hollowed-out cupels. From Serramanna, take the Via San Leonardo/Strada collegamento Serramanna and continue along this for 1,600 m. Then turn right and continue for 3 km and then right again. Walk through the fields for about 600 m.
