Menhir Carabassa, Villa Sant'Antonio

The Carabassa menhir represents a type of proto-anthropomorphic menhir found in the area. They tend to have an ogive profile with a plano-convex section but precede those with mainly anthropomorphic features.

The menhir can be reached from Villa Sant’Antonio along Via Centro. Take the first turning on your left and keep to the right for 700 m, then turn left and continue for around 1 km.
