The Dolmen Ladas is the largest of the four dolmen found in the area of Luras. It’s difficult not to find the surrounding landscape appealing; in fact, it sits at the top of a granite rock surface offering a view of the typical countryside of Gallura.

The dolmen is eight and a half metres long and more than six metres wide with a rectangular layout, with apse on the bottom and with walls consisting of knife-anchored slabs on which other flat oblique slabs rest. The roof consists of two large flat slabs, while the floor is made up of natural rock and a thin layer of earth.

The dolmens of Luras are just outside the town. Take the country road SP10 towards Luogosanto and turn right following the road signs. You can park your car in the open space and continue the remaining short stretch on foot.
