Part of the environmental surroundings on the basaltic plateau of Golgo, not far from the courtyard of the church of San Pietro.

The wells dating from the Nuragic period but modified and reused in later periods are still to this day used to supply water to troughs for wild animals on the plateau. In all probability created to meet demands for a water supply to the neighbouring villages.

Easily accessible by car, the wells can be found in a large unpaved open space at the end of a paved road leading to the Golgo plateau from Baunei.
