The single-tower Nuraghe preserves its charm intact thanks to its prominent position on the Marghine skyline.
Its construction followed a compound layout. At the bottom there are signs of the use of uneven masses which become increasingly smaller and squarer towards the top. Outside, there are small openings, positioned almost in spirals which allow light to filter inside.
The monument is easy to spot and reach at km 2 of the SS 129 bis towards Bosa. It is worth pointing out the danger of accessing it directly, so it is a good idea to leave your car in the clearing of the abandoned Anas tollbooth near the turning point for Pozzomaggiore.
