The site stands on a small hill, about 200 m from the banks of the river Riu Su Frusciu.
The archaeological site includes a single-tower Nuraghe, the remains of a village and dolmen-structure tomb with betyls.
The Nuraghe has a remaining height of 12 metres. The entrance to the building is currently inaccessible due to the collapse of stones which reach almost to the height of the architrave. The tower can be accessed from the inside via a breach which leads directly into the spiral staircase. Only about 1-2 rows have survived of the circular room on the upper floor.
There are holes in the quadrangular section of the external wall of the Nuraghe, equidistantly arranged. Perhaps, originally there were beams positioned in this cavity which were part of a wooden structure. The walls of the Nuraghe are particularly well built. The sub-square shaped ashlars on the upper rows are well carved.
To reach the Nuraghe, follow the country road 6 for about 5.9 km towards Dualchi, then turn left and continue for another 3 km along the road leading to the Nuraghe Corbos, which you can spot from afar on the promontory.
