Funtana 'e Filigi, Talana (NU)

The Funtana ‘e Filigi forest can be found to the west of the town of Talana, in the province of Nuoro.

This nature site is characterised by the presence of a holm oak forest and Mediterranean shrub, creeping up the granite rocks, at a height of around 900 m. a.s.l.

The forest takes its name from the natural spring found in the forest Funtana ‘e Filigi, the “Fern Spring”.

The site is about three kilometres from the town and is easily accessible. It has an equipped area with stone tables and points for lighting a fire as well as hosting a variety of different events.
