Her fame is linked to the <strong>Carta de Logu<\/strong>, a piece of legislation introduced by her father and rendered so modern by the giudicessa that it remained valid until 1827, replaced by the code promulgated by Carlo Alberto from the House of Savoy.<\/p>\n<p>The monument stands on a <strong>tall octagonal pedestal<\/strong> decorated with <strong>bronze bas reliefs<\/strong> depicting the <strong>promulgation of the Carta de Logu<\/strong> and the <strong>battle of Sanluri<\/strong>. The <strong>sculpture<\/strong> of <strong>Eleonora d\u2019Arborea<\/strong> sits on the high pedestal.
